Last Minute Triple Township Group Ride June 4th

Hey everyone, I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to lead the Triple Township Ride this year but found some time and going to make it happen!

It’s going to be more like a Triple Township ‘Lite’ with only the 90k route offered this year (our 50k ride leader is 36 weeks pregnant 🙂 ) and a couple drinks on the deck but no feast, sorry!

Same as previous years, it’s a no drop ride but a very hilly route and definitely not an easy ride so bring your climbing legs! This will be a Level 3 ride

If you’d like to join in, email me for directions to our place  kevinj@cobourgcyclingclub.com

Check out the route map below.

Kevin and Kirsty’s Triple Township Ride Saturday, June 20th

We’re pleased to announce that Saturday, June 20th will be the 4th annual Triple Township Ride.

Leaving from our place just North of Colborne, we’ll depart on a 90km (and 50km) ride through Cramahe, Brighton, and Haldimand townships. Twisty descents, fast flats, a few tough climbs and beautiful scenic views will be the order of the day and we’ll all end up back at our place for refreshments afterwards.

90km through the Hills of Northumberland isn’t an easy feat, so there will also be a shorter, 50km option led by Kirsty with a bit less climbing (but still challenging) to suit a wider range of riding abilities. The 90km loop will be a Level 3 ride and the 50k a Level 2

Check out the route maps below.
